Phycopath--Adam Tactics After u stop the "out of control" ride in the wonderland plaza, there will be a cutscene of a crazy clown with chainsaws. He has a variety of attacks, so try to evade them. Make sure u have a shotgun or submachine gun before u encounter him. (shotgun works better). Equip the shotgun or submachine gun, and wait for him to blow up a balloon or catch his breath.
