Easy way to get vital suits on level 7 First kill all the men. Next find a rocket launcher and kill all the enemy vital suits. Next, if you look around you can see garages. On the garages you should see a panel on the front. Shoot the panel and the door will open. You will see a vitalt suit there. (They aren't enemy vital suits so DON'T shoot them.)
