Get on the roof at Calypso Casino Go to the electrical box by the helipad and hide on the side closest to the stairs and look left. While holding left let go of every button you will be on the box. Then follow the fence to the roof on the right side of the stage. Enemies can still hit you but it is really hard to see you.
